YOGA

Prairie Street Studios is an intimate Yoga studio in Elkhart Indiana.

If you've ever been curious about yoga, this is the place to find out about it. We value the first timer - we were all beginners at some point. Since our studio is small, your instructor will always be able to suggest props or modifications specifically for you. 

​

Yoga asanas (poses) are not just for the thin or flexible. You don't even need to be able to sit on the floor! You just need the desire to move your body. The rest will come with time.
