Mid-Day Mediation

Nourish the mind-body connection with this Mid-Day Meditation. Stress stored in the body creates tightness and tension - breathing techniques, gentle movements, and meditation practices help to release tension and have been scientifically proven to boost physical and mental health. Find your place of stillness and journey inward with Bekah Om Thursdays and Fridays from 12:15-12:45.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance of class time, as a courtesy to your instructor. Late cancellations will forfeit 50% of the class fee. No notification will forfeit 100% of class fee.
